Privacy notice.

What this site collects, why, who sees it, and how to have it corrected or deleted. Last updated 8 October 2026.

Who is responsible

This site is operated by Praveg Consultancy Services LLP, India (“Praveg”). Questions about this notice or about your data: info@pravegcs.com.

Browsing the public pages

The public pages set no cookies, load no third-party scripts or fonts, and run no analytics or advertising trackers. The hosting server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting.

Enquiry forms

If you register interest in the book, ask about an assessment or send a message, we store what you enter: your name, email address, organisation, role and message. We use it only to reply to you and, for book interest, to tell you once when the book is available. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Taking an assessment

An assessment round is opened by Praveg for a specific organisation and reached with an access code. When you take part we collect:

  • Details about your seat in the organisation: department, role level, experience band and time with the organisation, and any extra category the round asks for.
  • Your name and work email, unless the round is run anonymously. Email is always optional.
  • Your ratings, and any evidence notes and comments you write.
  • Timing: when you submitted and roughly how long it took.

We do not record your IP address or browser details with your response. To limit repeated attempts at guessing codes, the server keeps a short-lived, scrambled record of the network address making them.

How assessment data is used

Responses are read by the assessment team at Praveg to produce the organisation's results. Results are reported to the organisation in grouped form, for example by department or role level. Where a group is small, an individual's ratings may be inferable from a grouped result; if that concerns you, raise it with your assessment lead before you submit. Comments are shown with department and role level only.

With names removed, ratings and organisation descriptors may also be used by Praveg to improve the instrument, as described in the model's validation roadmap. They are never sold or shared for marketing.

Storage on your device

While you are completing an assessment, your answers in progress are kept in your browser's local storage so that you can pause and return. They are removed from your device when you submit. Administrators signing in to the admin area receive one strictly necessary session cookie.

Where data is kept and for how long

Enquiries and assessment responses are stored on the hosting server for this website, in a folder that cannot be reached from the web, and in backups held by Praveg. Assessment data is kept for as long as the engagement with the organisation requires, including the comparison of progress between rounds, and is deleted when the organisation asks or when it is no longer needed. Enquiries are deleted once they have been dealt with and are no longer needed.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@pravegcs.com. For assessment responses we may need to confirm the request with the organisation that commissioned the round. We handle requests in line with applicable data protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
