OPTIC was not invented in a workshop. It came out of pattern recognition: two decades of working inside and alongside organisations, as an employee, as a project manager, as a bidder and a buyer, and latterly as a consultant, and noticing that the ones which struggle tend to struggle in the same five places.
Sagar has led biometrics divisions, established PMOs and trained professionals and institutions across India and internationally. His work sits where project delivery excellence, clinical data management and organisational transformation meet, and it has been seen from sponsor, CRO and IT services perspectives, as both profit centre and cost centre.
Praveg was founded on one conviction: organisations do not need more advice; they need better diagnosis, practical implementation and partners who stay accountable for outcomes. The OPTIC Maturity Model is that conviction written down.
