Praveg OPTIC Maturity Model™: the book.
The Path to Organisational Clarity, Execution Discipline, and Sustainable Acceleration. By Sagar Kalantre. First Edition 2026, forthcoming.
Cover design to follow.
A field guide, written between client calls.
This is not a textbook or a research paper. It is a field guide, written first for the people who can commission a look at the whole organisation: the founder or CEO who can feel the business fraying at the seams, the COO or quality head who has to answer for execution, the transformation leader handed a mandate with no roadmap. It is written just as deliberately for the project managers and PMO leads who will run most of what it describes.
It sets out the whole model: the five pillars and their twenty-five dimensions, the Target Maturity Profile, the thirty-five-item instrument printed in full, the Priority Lens, the roadmap method, a library of twenty-five KPIs, and a ninety-day starting plan. Each chapter closes with a vignette from the field.
It also says plainly what the model borrows, what it adds, what it does not measure, and what has not yet been demonstrated. A maturity model that preaches clear sight owes its readers clear sight about itself.
Acceleration without clarity creates chaos.
The governing philosophy of PBAS, Chapter 2
They had been trying to solve a Technology problem. What they had was a Process problem wearing Technology's clothes.
From the Field, Chapter 2
